William Van Epps Executive Chairman
William Van Epps has spent his entire career building and operating major franchise brands. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Procter and Gamble’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Agile Pursuits Franchising, Inc., from 2009 – 2011. Mr. Van Epps spent eight years as part of the senior management team at Papa John’s International Inc., ultimately serving as President from 2006 to 2009. Prior to joining Papa John’s, he served as President of the International Division of Yorkshire Global Restaurants, responsible for the international development of the Long John Silvers and A&W restaurant chains. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Van Epps served as President of the International Division at AFC Enterprises where he developed international brand deployments for Popeye’s, Church’s Chicken, Cinnabon, Seattle Coffee Co., and Chesapeake Bakery Cafe. From 1974-1981, he was Senior Managing Director at Pepsico Foodservice International, where he was responsible for the expansion of Pizza Hut and Taco Bell into Asia, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. Mr. Van Epps’ entire career has been based upon understanding customer behavior and on the development of systems to influence purchase behavior.
Dennis Becker Chief Executive Officer
With more than a decade of experience building, financing, and acquiring enterprises redefining the way technology and business interact, Dennis Becker leads Mobivity’s vision of bringing businesses more customers, more often through disruptive technologies. An inventor of several patents, Becker’s background also includes awards as founder of Frontieric Corporation and CEO of Bexel Technologies. Prior to Mobivity, Dennis studied Computer Science at the University of Oregon and served in the USAF.
Christopher Meinerz Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Mobivity, Meinerz served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at Spindle, Inc., an innovator of mobile commerce solutions for financial services providers and consumer-facing merchants. In this capacity, he was responsible for the company’s financial planning, treasury management, and compliancy activities. Meinerz previously served as CFO and CCO at Next Generation Insurance Group (NGI), a national specialty insurance marketing firm located in Phoenix, AZ. Before his tenure at NGI, Meinerz was Executive Vice President of Finance and Treasury for DDi Corp., an Anaheim, CA-based provider of circuit board engineering and manufacturing services. In addition, he served as Global Vice President of Finance for eTelecare of Scottsdale, AZ, where he successfully helped launch that company’s initial public offering in 2007 and ultimately its sale to Stream International in 2009 for $300 million. Meinerz is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with degrees in accounting and finance and is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his career in public accounting with BDO Seidman in Chicago, IL, and Grant Thornton in Madison, WI.
Alek Zdziarski Chief Technology Officer
Alek Zdziarski comes to Mobivity with more than 15 years of experience leading products and platforms, mostly in the mobile marketing space. He has a track record of building successful SaaS, online and mobile products on a global scale and has held multiple executive roles in high growth companies. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for driving innovation and delivery of the Mobivity product set.
Before joining Mobivity, Alek held similar roles at mGage and Outspoken where he managed global product offerings focused on mobile engagement. He has successfully exited two startups of his own and held roles with Dimension Data and Cisco Systems earlier in his career. He holds an MBA degree from Henley Business School, a Bachelor’s in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering specializing in Software and Telecommunications from Wits University, South Africa.
Deena McKinley Chief Experience Officer
Deena McKinley spent over fifteen years in marketing and advertising. Prior to joining Mobivity, Deena was Chief Client Officer at Zimmerman Advertising, Omnicom’s Retail Agency, where she worked with major QSR, fast-casual, casual dining, and general retail brands with nearly 10,000 individual locations, various franchisees and co-op groups, and managed key client relationships at the executive level. Deena also led the Papa John’s International business and relationship for almost ten years as the key client contact, providing strategic direction, brand positioning, and leading agency integration efforts for all omnichannel advertising campaigns. Earlier in her career, Deena was a Regional Marketing Director at Papa John’s International, working with over twenty markets, 100 operators, and seven agencies to align national strategies at the local market level. Deena holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of English Education from the University of Florida.
Doug Stovall Chief Revenue Officer
A high-performing leader for his entire career, Doug Stovall has been a mobile marketing and advertising executive for over eighteen years. Stovall currently leads all sales, business development, and partnership opportunities for Mobivity. Prior to his appointment as Chief Revenue Officer for Mobivity, Doug has held executive positions with Hipcricket, Acuity Mobile, Merkle, Inc., TeleCommunications Systems (TCS), Aether Systems and Xpedior. While at Hipcricket, Stovall served in executive roles from 2010 to 2015, beginning as Senior Vice President of Sales and progressing to President and Chief Operating Officer. Doug’s passion for technology is rooted in his belief that the mobile device will be the personal gateway to all of the information individuals will need or desire. He lives in Seattle with his lovely wife, three children, two cats, dog, and one fish. Mr. Stovall holds an MBA with an emphasis in Organization and Operations Management from William Carey University, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Respecting the Safe Area
When reproducing our logo, there should be safe space equal to the height of the letter m on all sides. It's important to keep all other imagery and text outside of this safe space.
In Living Color
While Mobivity Green will always be our favorite color, it doesn't work on all backgrounds. If green is not the best option, the Mobivity logo should always be used in our black or white.
